I needed an emergency extraction, and was in a lot of pain. They had taken me immediately and the staff were caring, professional, and kind. They were also very reassuring because I am extremely afraid of going to any dentist, let alone an oral surgeon! I experienced zero pain, and they explained everything thoroughly to my wife on how to take care of me, and answered all her questions. Or so she tells me; I was a little out of it at that point ;). Would HIGHLY recommend! Dr. Allen was great and I will never go anywhere else.

Wonderful team of medical professionals. Highly recommend them. My children have had their wisdom teeth removed and the entire process from start to finish was smooth and easy. I love the way they treat their staff and their patients. It is evident both Dr. Allen and Dr. Zwickey love what they do! Kudos to the entire team at West Georgia Oral and Facial Surgery!

Called one day, had an appointment the next day. I had a consultation with Dr. Allen, he gave me the diagnosis, asked if I wanted to go ahead and have it done today, I did, and was out in less than 1 hour total. Dr Allen explained everything. A very pleasant experience! I would recommend Dr Allen to anyone needing any type of oral surgery. And his staff is the best!

Thanks Dr. Zwickey and your trusted assistant for relieving me of my severe tooth pain. Your assistant Rock and I wish that I had gotten her name. She was awesome! I postponed getting my problem tooth extracted for almost a year due to the deadly virus (COVID 19), but I had to take measures to get my tooth extracted once the pain began getting the best of me. My oral surgery was done in an exemplary fashion, and I now have No pain! Dr. Zwickey and his assistant made me feel very comfortable, and they were professional and courteous. From start to finish Dr. Allen and his team were great. My son had his wisdom teeth extracted. On the day of his procedure we were in and out in less than a hour. The staff explained all the aftercare instructions and also called to check on us after. Dr. Allen also personally called to check on my son; he was very thorough in making sure everything went as planned. I would highly recommend Dr. Allen for wisdom teeth extraction! Thank you for such a great job!

Morgan Martin and Brooke were so great at there jobs they kept me calm when I really was so scared having three teeth pulled Dr. Allen did a wonderful job getting my teeth out no pain at all through the whole process he is such a great doctor. West Ga you were great.... such a great experience. Got us in sooner by putting us on a call list. Went over everything and explained everything made time for us listened and answered all my questions. They were very caring and made you feel at ease and comfortable. Everything went smoothly. I was impressed with the staff. The dental assistant that worked with me was kind and efficient. She gave me good information and put me at ease. I felt like I was in good hands. Dr. Zwickey was friendly and gave me good information and options. I felt I could trust him. When I had the extractions he put me at ease and showed concerned that I was comfortable. I had a great experience and very little pain, it was barely uncomfortable. I would choose this office again and have recommended them to my brother. I liked the staff of this office and the dental assistant was very personable, caring and good at her job. The dentist was excellent. absolutely five stars out of five. Would give more if I could.

Jennie was an absolute delight! She was with me during the whole prep through the escort to the car. She calmed my nerves, administered the IV and anesthesia. She was very friendly and calming. I thank God for placing her in my path for this procedure.

Everyone was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend that anyone would feel comfortable going there. My doctor and his staff did an excellent job on my teeth implants.
